Our SEED MONEY fundraiser unleashes the power of individuals and organizations to transform people in our community and beyond.
Through the Foundation’s Gardens of Hope program, recipients in schools, parks and recreation, and other institutions, are empowered to make critical choices thataffect their own health and wellbeing: MIND-BODY-SPIRIT.
When you give during this week of Thanksgiving,you are not justmaking a donation, you are impacting students, families and communitiesto better understand the importance of:
- Making sound food choices
- Understanding the advantages to planting gardens and preparing nutritious food
- Having fun, socializing, and moving their bodies
- Reducing the incidences of obesity, diabetes, and other diseases and supporting one’s own immune system
- Being connected to nature, in a way that provides physical and mental benefits
Each bag that is purchased through your donation will go directly to a student in a Palm Beach County Title One school, or similar educational organization. The sustainable paper bag contains: A “Ready, Set, Grow” interactive teaching guide, one sustainable pot (cup), package of organic dirt and seeds, pot “decoration”, disposable glove, and a craft stick.
$20 will provide 3 three completebagsdelivered to students. Other suggested levels of giving:

“Garden”ian Angel” – Adopt an entire classroom – $250
“Homegrown Hero” – $100
“Seeds of Change” Sponsor – $50
