May 5th, the Joseph P Cory Foundation honored some very important Gardens of Hope leadership at the 2023 school District Wellness Celebration.
The purpose of the School District of Palm Beach County’s Wellness Promotion Task Force is to create an educational forum for students, staff, parents, community partners, and members of the public sector, to successfully collaborate in the promotion of healthier lives.
To align with the District mission to educate, affirm, and inspire each student in an equity-embedded school system, the theme for this meeting was “MISSION POSSIBLE…Educate, Affirm, Inspire“, spotlighting community stakeholders’ milestones and accomplishments.
Congratulations to our honorees, who received a framed certificate of recognition and a personalized lantern signifying their efforts to “shine a light” on student health in their school Gardens of Hope.
