The time has come for the YL Einkorn grown in Pokupsko Croatia to be harvested.
It survived a horrific hail storm from about a week ago and is ready to give off itself to nourish many that are to benefit from it!
Our Mother Nature is so resilient and kind at the same time. If we just give a little off ourselves and plant the seeds, she happily nurtures it for us then to benefit from it and give our body some healthy nourishment!
I feel so happy and so blessed to be part of this amazing process and project in my homeland Croatia!
